DO NOT USE OUTLOOK (MICROSOFT). You go to all of the trouble of setting up a free Email and posing resumes and then you get locked out because they want to FORCE you into giving up your cell phone so your PRIVATE number can be sold to databases so you can receive advertising. SCREW MICROSOFT and OUTLOOK!

Here is the message I get within DAYS of setting up an account:
